This is another really quick make that is delicious and good to take on a trip or to the office. If you have time you can cook dried lentils, if not just use a can.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of lentils cooked
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 sticks of celery including the green chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • white balsamico vingar, salt and pepper.

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients. If you like it spicy, add some chopped fresh chili.
