No time for cooking or in need for a quick healthy dinner or take away food? Lentils are a good source for vegetable protein and you can add whatever vegetables you like best.
This is another really quick make that is delicious and good to take on a trip or to the office. If you have time you can cook dried lentils, if not just use a can.
- 2 cups of lentils cooked
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 sticks of celery including the green chopped
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- white balsamico vingar, salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients. If you like it spicy, add some chopped fresh chili.
